The Cicis menu at a glance
Cicis opened in 1985 in Plano, Texas, with a simple pitch: one price, as much pizza as you want. The buffet still works that way. You grab a plate and keep going back for fresh pies, pasta, salad and dessert pizzas, while kids burn off energy in the game room. The house specialty is the Mac & Cheese Pizza, and warm cinnamon rolls are a common way to finish.
Buffet prices on this page are typical U.S. estimates. A Dallas Morning News profile in 2025 put the adult buffet at $8.99, and individual stores set their own lunch, dinner and weekend rates. Cicis also runs frequent app offers, such as a $2.99 adult buffet for new Cicis Rewards members in October 2026, so check the deals page before you go. Whole pizzas to go are priced separately from the buffet.

Cicis nutrition and menu highlights
We show calories only when they come from Cicis' own nutrition information, and we could not match official figures to this menu yet, so the calorie and protein columns show a dash. Check the chain's nutrition guide before you order.
Cicis allergen information
We could not load the Cicis website to confirm where its allergen chart is posted, so ask the restaurant manager for ingredient and allergen details before you eat. The buffet uses wheat-based crusts, cheese and other common allergens, and shared serving utensils on a self-serve line make cross-contact likely.
