Taco Bell Value Menu and Deals (2026): Luxe Value, Happier Hour and App Offers

What is on the Taco Bell value menu?

The Taco Bell value menu is now called the Luxe Value Menu, and every item costs $3 or less. Taco Bell's national online menu listed 13 items in late October 2026, though the page itself advertises 10, so expect the exact lineup to differ a little by store.

The menu launched nationwide on January 22, 2026, and replaced the old Cravings Value Menu. Five items carried over from the old menu: the Cheesy Roll Up, Spicy Potato Soft Taco, Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito, 3 Cheese Chicken Flatbread Melt and Cheesy Double Beef Burrito. Five were new at launch: the Mini Taco Salad, Beefy Potato Loaded Griller, Chips and Nacho Supreme Dip, Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker and Salted Caramel Churros, which were limited time. Taco Bell said more items would rotate in through the year, and the fall list now includes two Chicken Crunchadillas, the Chili Cheese Burrito and Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes.

Some prices have crept up since launch. The Cheesy Roll Up went from $1.19 to $1.39 and the Beefy Potato Loaded Griller from $2.49 to $2.79 on the national menu. The table below shows both.

Is there still a Taco Bell dollar menu?

No. Taco Bell no longer has a dollar menu, and the cheapest regular food items on the national menu cost $1.39. The Luxe Value Menu, capped at $3, is the closest thing to it.

You can still find $1 prices in two places. Happier Hour drops medium fountain drinks and regular Freezes to $1 from 2 to 5 p.m. And Taco Bell Rewards runs Tuesday Drops in the app that sometimes offer a single item for $1 to a limited number of members. On January 27, 2026, for example, the first 30,000 members who claimed it could get one Luxe item for $1.

For the most food per dollar, the Cheesy Bean and Rice Burrito at $1.49 lists 400 calories, and the Cheesy Double Beef Burrito at $2.99 lists 560.

When is Taco Bell happy hour (Happier Hour), and what drinks are included?

Taco Bell's happy hour is called Happier Hour, and it runs from 2 to 5 p.m. every day at participating stores. Taco Bell's promotion page lists three drink deals:

• $1 medium fountain drink, including Mountain Dew Baja Blast and Pepsi
• $1 regular Freeze, including the Baja Blast Freeze
• $2 medium Refresca

There is no food on the Happier Hour list. Prices and participation vary by store, and some stores tie the pricing to Taco Bell Rewards, so the app is the most reliable way to order it. A regular-priced medium Baja Blast costs about $2.49 to $2.69, so the deal saves you around $1.50 per drink.

Our Taco Bell hours guide shows how Happier Hour fits with breakfast and late-night hours.

Taco Bell meal deals and box deals

The best Taco Bell meal deals are the Luxe Boxes, which bundle food with a medium fountain drink at $5, $7 or $9 in many markets. The $5 Classic Luxe Box has a Beefy 5-Layer Burrito, a Crunchy Taco, Cinnamon Twists and a drink.

The $7 Supreme adds a Chicken Chalupa Supreme, and the $9 Discovery is built around a newer item. In late October 2026 that meant two Double Dipping Burritos plus a Chalupa Supreme. Taco Bell calls the boxes limited time, and some stores charge more. Our Taco Bell boxes guide lists what is in each box, plus combo and party pack prices.

Regular combos cost more. The Crunchwrap Supreme Combo was $9.49 and the 3 Crunchy Tacos Combo $8.99 on the national menu, so a $5 or $7 box usually beats a combo on price.

Taco Bell app deals and Rewards

The Taco Bell app is where most deals live now. Rewards is free, and members earn 10 points for every $1 spent, or 11 points after reaching the 2,000-point Fire! tier. Every 250 points unlocks a free item.

New members get a free reward for signing up in the app. Under Taco Bell's terms, it is valid for 14 days and must be redeemed in the app for an in-store or drive-thru pickup order. It does not work on web pickup or delivery orders.

Rewards members also get Tuesday Drops, which are short, limited offers announced in the app. Past examples include a $1 Quesarito for the first 30,000 members on December 23, 2025.

Celebrity Usual combos are another short-run format. Doja Cat's Usual, a Mexican Pizza and a Spicy Potato Soft Taco for $4, ran from October 27 through November 2, 2026, limited to one per transaction, and has ended. How to get free Taco Bell

The reliable ways to get free Taco Bell all run through Taco Bell Rewards. Here is what actually works:

1. Sign up for Rewards in the app. New members get a free reward, valid for 14 days.
2. Earn points. At 10 points per $1, you unlock a reward every 250 points, or roughly every $25 you spend.
3. Watch Tuesday Drops. These are usually discounts, such as $1 items, not fully free food, and they are capped at a set number of members.

Be wary of websites and social posts promising free Taco Bell for filling out a survey or sharing your details. Taco Bell posts its real offers in the app and on tacobell.com.

Group deals: Meal for 2, Meal for 4 and party packs

For two or more people, Taco Bell's group meals cut the cost per person. The Meal for 2 costs about $12.50 to $12.99. It includes two Crunchwrap Supremes, two Bean Burritos, two Soft Tacos and two Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce.

The Meal for 4 costs about $20.83 to $21.39. It has two Crunchwrap Supremes, two Chicken Quesadillas, four Soft Tacos and two Chips and Nacho Cheese Sauce. A Veggie Meal for 2 was $12.50 at a Houston store we checked.

Taco Party Packs give you 12 tacos, starting at $20.99 for Crunchy Tacos on the national menu. A Drinks Party Pack adds four medium fountain drinks for about $4 to $5. Our Taco Bell vs Chipotle comparison shows how these stack up for groups.

Do Taco Bell coupons or promo codes work?

Taco Bell does not run a public coupon code program, and we do not list codes. The deals Taco Bell does offer appear in three places: the Luxe Value Menu and Luxe Boxes on the regular menu, Happier Hour, and member offers inside the Taco Bell app.

If a site lists a Taco Bell promo code, treat it with caution. Most real offers are tied to your Rewards account, not a code you type. Prices for every deal also vary by store, so check your local price in the app before you go.
