What are the Domino's crust types?
Domino's offers six pizza crusts, and every one of the 11 store menus we pulled on Oct. 31, 2026, carried all six. Hand Tossed is the classic: a medium-thick crust brushed with garlic seasoning, sold in small, medium and large. Handmade Pan is thicker, with two layers of cheese and toppings out to the edge. Crunchy Thin is a cracker-like base that is square cut. New York Style is stretched thin by hand and cut into big slices. Parmesan Stuffed Crust has cheese baked into the rim. Gluten Free Crust is a small pizza for people avoiding gluten by choice.
The Domino is a separate item: a personal pizza baked in a rectangular pan with a crispy Parmesan edge, in the style of Detroit pizza. It launched in August 2026, comes in two slices and cost $7.99 at most stores we checked.
| Crust | Sizes | Price vs. Hand Tossed | Calories per slice |

| Hand Tossed | S, M, L | Base price | about 200 (M), 285 (L), 1/8 pie |

If you remember Domino's Brooklyn Style, New York Style took its spot. Brooklyn Style no longer appears on any of the store menus we checked. A large New York Style cheese slice is about 275 calories, but there are only six slices, so each one is bigger than a Hand Tossed slice.
Does Domino's have stuffed crust?
Yes. Domino's launched Parmesan Stuffed Crust on March 3, 2025. The crust is stuffed with mozzarella cheese, then topped with garlic seasoning and Parmesan. It comes only in medium, and it cost exactly $4 more than a medium Hand Tossed at every store we checked, so a medium cheese stuffed crust ran $14.24 to $18.99.
Ten of the 11 stores also listed a deal for two or more 2-topping Parmesan Stuffed Crust pizzas at $10.99 each, which is the cheapest way to try it. A slice of a medium cheese stuffed crust works out to about 320 calories, the highest of any medium crust.
Does Domino's have thin crust and pan pizza?
Domino's has both. Crunchy Thin comes in medium and large at every store we checked, and four stores also sold it in small. It is the lightest choice: one-eighth of a large cheese thin pizza is about 210 calories, against about 285 for Hand Tossed.
Handmade Pan comes only in medium and costs $1.50 to $2 more than Hand Tossed. Domino's does not sell personal pan pizzas. The closest thing is the Domino, which is made for one person and baked in a pan.
Does Domino's have gluten-free or cauliflower crust?
Domino's has a Gluten Free Crust in the small size only, and it cost $3 more than a small Hand Tossed at every store we checked. Which Domino's crust should you pick?
Pick by what you want from the pizza. For a big group on a budget, a large Hand Tossed or New York Style gives you the most pizza for the money. For the crispiest bite and fewer calories, choose Crunchy Thin. For a thick, cheesy pizza, choose Handmade Pan or Parmesan Stuffed Crust, but expect to pay more.
