What time does Domino's open?

Most Domino's stores open at 10:30 a.m., and the rest open at 10 a.m. In our check of 40 stores near downtown Houston, Atlanta, Phoenix, Columbus, Sacramento, Brooklyn, Denver, Charlotte, Omaha and Boise on Oct. 31, 2026, 27 opened at 10:30 a.m. and 13 opened at 10 a.m. Opening time was the same every day of the week at every store.

Domino's does not serve breakfast, so there is no early-morning menu. If you need pizza for a late-morning event, you can schedule an order ahead in the app for when your store opens.

What time does Domino's close?

Most Domino's stores close at midnight Sunday through Thursday and at 1 or 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday. That covers the large majority of the stores we checked, but late-night hours vary more than opening times.

Sunday through Thursday, 21 of 40 stores closed at midnight, 14 at 1 a.m. and 3 at 2 a.m. The other two split the week, closing at midnight some nights and 1 a.m. on others. On Friday and Saturday, 19 closed at 1 a.m., 17 at 2 a.m. and 4 stayed open until 3 a.m. A store by the University of Michigan campus in Ann Arbor, which we checked separately, listed 2 a.m. on Thursdays and 3 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Are Domino's delivery hours different from carryout hours?

Usually not. At all 40 stores in our sample, delivery hours matched carryout hours exactly. Some stores list separate, shorter hours for extras such as drive-up carryout, so a store open until 1 a.m. may stop curbside pickup earlier.

The practical cutoff is the last order, not the closing time. A pizza ordered a few minutes before close still needs time to bake and travel. The store locator also shows a live wait estimate for carryout and delivery, which helps on busy nights.

Why do Domino's hours vary from store to store?

Nearly every Domino's in the U.S. is run by a franchise owner. Domino's ended 2025 with 7,186 U.S. stores, and 6,924 of them were franchised, so local owners decide hours based on their neighborhood, staffing and demand.

The pattern in our sample shows it. All four Sacramento stores kept the same hours, 10:30 a.m. to midnight on weeknights and 1 a.m. on weekends. All four Brooklyn stores ran 10:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. on weeknights and 2 a.m. on weekends. Three of the four Columbus stores stayed open until 2 a.m. on weeknights and 3 a.m. on weekends, the latest in our check, while Houston and Phoenix stores mostly opened earlier, at 10 a.m. Two stores a few miles apart can close an hour apart, so always check the specific store.

Is Domino's open today?

The fastest way to know is the store locator on dominos.com or in the Domino's app. Enter your address and each nearby store shows today's hours, whether it is open right now, and its current carryout and delivery wait. Your store's page is more reliable than a third-party listing, because franchise owners change hours for holidays, weather and staffing.

If you search for a Domino's "near me," check that the store you pick delivers to your address. Delivery areas, fees and minimum orders are set locally, and the app checks your address against each store's delivery area.

Is Domino's open on Christmas?

Some Domino's stores open on Christmas Day, but many close, and the company leaves it to each store. A Domino's spokesperson told CBS News in December 2025 that the chain does not require stores to stay open on Christmas Day and pointed customers to the website for local hours.

If you plan to order on Dec. 25, check your store in the app a day or two ahead, and expect long waits at stores that do open. Christmas Eve hours can also be shorter than normal. None of the stores we checked had posted holiday hours yet on Oct. 31, 2026.

Is Domino's open on Thanksgiving?

Whether your Domino's is open on Thanksgiving, which falls on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2026, depends on the store. Each store sets its own holiday hours, and some close or keep shorter hours. Domino's has not published a national Thanksgiving schedule, so we cannot tell you a single set of hours.

What can you do if your Domino's is closed?

Check the next-closest store first. Because owners set hours, a store 10 minutes farther away may stay open an hour or two later, especially on weekends, and carryout lets you use any store you can drive to. Delivery is limited to the store whose area covers your address.
