What is a Dunkin' Refresher?

A Dunkin' Refresher is an iced drink that mixes a fruit-flavored base with a liquid of your choice. Dunkin' says the drinks are made with B vitamins and energy from green tea, so they have caffeine, though much less than coffee.

The base you pick changes the drink a lot:

  • Green tea: the classic version and the lightest, at 130 calories in a medium.
  • Lemonade: sweeter and tarter, at 230 to 240 calories in a medium.
  • Light: made with iced green tea and less Refresher base; Dunkin' says it has 42% fewer calories, from 45 in a small to 90 in a large.
  • Daydream: oatmilk plus sweet cold foam, for a creamy drink of about 280 to 330 calories in a medium for the regular flavors.
  • Protein: made with Protein Milk, about 15 grams of protein in a medium.

You can also mix any two flavors with the base you like, which Dunkin' calls Mix Your Own Refresher.

What Dunkin' Refreshers flavors are there?

Dunkin's year-round Refreshers flavors are Strawberry Dragonfruit and Mango Pineapple, which the September 2026 nutrition guide lists as permanent in both green tea and lemonade versions. Everything else rotates.

The guide's limited-time list includes Berry Clementine, Berry Sangria (also with black tea) and Daydream Refreshers in Strawberry, Mango Pineapple, Sangria and Berry, plus Strawberry and Mango Protein Refreshers. Halloween 2026 added the Midnight Potion and Werewolf Punch Refreshers on September 30 and the purple Berry Battie Daydream Refresher, topped with Purple Marshmallow Cold Foam and candy eyes, on October 14. From November 4, the Avengers menu brings a Wakandan Daydream Refresher.

Dunkin's website also mentions Black Cherry and Pink Pineapple, which are not in the current guide, so ask your store. Flavors people still search for, such as Blueberry Breeze and Pink Spritz, are not in the September 2026 guide either.

How much is a Dunkin' Refresher?

A medium Dunkin' Refresher typically costs about $3.99 to $4.49 in 2026, based on two price trackers checked in October. Dunkin' does not post national prices, and owners set their own. ThePricer's July 2026 survey found Refreshers from about $3.50 to $6 across sizes, so expect a small to cost less and a large more.

Prices for lemonade, Daydream and protein versions also vary by store, so check the app before you order. Dunkin' Rewards members sometimes get Refresher deals; in January 2026, members could buy a medium Protein Refresher for $3. Current offers are on our Dunkin' deals page.

How much caffeine is in a Dunkin' Refresher?

Dunkin' does not list Refresher caffeine in its nutrition guide. Figures published by Tasting Table and other outlets put a green tea Refresher at about 66 mg in a small (16 oz), 99 mg in a medium (24 oz) and 132 mg in a large (32 oz). Lemonade versions have less, but no exact number is published.

For comparison, Dunkin' lists a medium iced coffee at about 294 mg and a medium Dunkin' Zero energy drink at 145 mg. If you want a gentler afternoon drink, a Refresher sits well below both. Our Dunkin' nutrition guide compares calories across the drink menu, and our Dunkin' iced coffee guide covers the stronger option.

What are Dunkin' Refreshers Singles To Go?

Singles To Go are powdered Dunkin' Refreshers drink-mix sticks for making a Refresher-style drink at home or on the go. Dunkin' and Jel Sert announced their national retail launch on May 12, 2026. Each stick has 80 mg of caffeine from green tea.

The launch flavors are Strawberry Dragonfruit Lemonade, Mango Pineapple, Kiwi Watermelon and a returning Peach Passionfruit Lemonade. They come in 10-, 30- and 40-count packs at Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and other big retailers. No suggested price was announced, so prices vary by retailer.
