Quick answer

Subway coupons now live mostly in the Subway app, not on paper. As of October 31, 2026, the verified everyday deals are the $6.99 Meal of the Day, the $4.99 Sub of the Day and $3.99 Deli Faves and Protein Pockets, plus a free footlong for every $50 in gift cards bought by December 31.

Does Subway have any deals right now?

Yes. We checked Subway's own menu, rewards and newsroom pages on October 31, 2026, and five deals were live. The four that run past early November, three everyday value-menu prices and a gift card bonus, are listed in the table below. The fifth, a Sub Club footlong BOGO, ran only from October 27 to November 8, 2026.

The everyday deals are the easiest to use because you need no code and no app: the $6.99 Meal of the Day, the $4.99 Sub of the Day and the $3.99 Deli Faves and Protein Pockets. Look for the yellow value section on the menu board, or the value categories in the app.

The gift card bonus needs a little more effort, since it requires a $50 gift card purchase. All of them are at participating U.S. shops only, and Subway says prices are higher in California, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii, and higher again on third-party delivery apps.

What is the Subway Meal of the Day?

The Meal of the Day is Subway's $6.99 combo: the six-inch Sub of the Day, a 20-ounce fountain drink, and your choice of chips or two regular cookies. It costs $2 more than the sub alone, and it is listed as its own category on Subway's U.S. menu.

The sub changes every day of the week. Monday is Meatball Marinara, Tuesday is Tuna, Wednesday is Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki, Thursday is Oven-Roasted Turkey, Friday is Black Forest Ham, Saturday is the Italian B.M.T. and Sunday is the Spicy Italian. Our Subway sandwiches page has calories for each one.

A few limits apply, per Subway's terms. It is one meal per order. Bottled drinks and add-ons such as extra meat or avocado cost extra. Fountain drinks are not available on delivery orders. You can upgrade to a footlong Sub of the Day for $3 more. Compared with a regular six-inch meal at about $9.79 in our price list, the Meal of the Day saves you roughly $2.80.

What is Subway's deal of the day?

When people search for Subway's deal of the day, they usually mean the $4.99 Sub of the Day, which is a different six-inch sub every day of the week. It started in January 2026 and became part of the Fresh Value Menu in April 2026.

On its own, the Sub of the Day is $4.99, compared with about $6.09 to $6.79 for the same subs at regular six-inch prices in our list. That makes it worth timing your order: of the subs in our price list, Saturday's B.M.T. saves the most, at about $1.80. The Deli Faves are cheaper still at $3.99 and are available every day, so if you just want the lowest price, start there.

Is there a Subway BOGO right now?

Not as an everyday deal. The latest Subway BOGO ran from October 27 through November 8, 2026, starting on Subway's early National Sandwich Day: Sub Club members got a free footlong when they bought another footlong on app or online orders.

The details mattered. The free footlong had to be the same price or less than the one you paid for. Fresh Fit subs, the 5 Meat Italian and the Big Hot Pastrami were excluded. It was one use per order and could not be combined with other offers. Subway added the deal automatically to the wallets of Sub Club members in the app, so no code was needed. Sub Club is free to join on Subway.com or in the Subway app, which is where member offers like this one appear.

Are there Subway coupon codes or promo codes that work?

Subway does use promo codes, but we do not list them, and you should be careful with the ones you find online. Most current Subway offers are loaded straight into your Sub Club account in the app, and short-term codes usually expire within weeks. Many codes posted on coupon sites are old, regional or already used up.

The safer way to find a discount code is to open the deals or offers area of the Subway app with your store selected. Anything that shows there is valid for that shop. If a code from elsewhere does not work at checkout, it has most likely expired or does not apply to your area.

How does Sub Club work?

Sub Club is Subway's free rewards program, and it replaced MVP Rewards in December 2025. Its rules have changed more than once since then, so here is where it stands.

As of October 31, 2026, Subway's rewards page says members earn 10 points per $1 spent, and 400 points equal $2 in Subway Cash toward food and drinks, which works out to about 5% back. New members get 250 bonus points, plus a birthday surprise and members-only offers such as the footlong BOGO that ran October 27 to November 8, 2026.

Subway's updated Sub Club terms took effect November 3, 2026, and they no longer mention Subway Cash. Points still apply, so check the app to see how they can be redeemed now. Points expire after six months with no account activity, and orders placed through third-party services, such as delivery apps or ezCater catering, do not earn points. Compare it with other chains in our fast food rewards apps guide.

How can you get Subway coupons in the mail?

We could not find any official way to sign up for mailed Subway coupons. Subway's own pages point people to the app and Sub Club for offers, and the Sub Club terms say Subway contacts members by email and app notifications.

If a paper coupon does show up in a local mailer, read the fine print for the expiration date and participating shops, and show it before you pay. Because every Subway is run by a franchise owner, a mailer from one area may not be honored across town.

Which Subway deals have ended recently?

Several offers you may still see mentioned online are over. The Doritos Hot Honey Nachos, priced at $4.99 for the chicken or cheese version, ran August 20 to October 26, 2026. The Lunchtime Horrors giveaway of $15 eGift cards closed after October 16, 2026. The Sub Club footlong BOGO ran October 27 to November 8, 2026. The $6.99 Any Footlong deal last ran from May 1 to 31, 2025.

One deal outside the app is still running: buy $50 in Subway gift cards by December 31, 2026, and get a free footlong, up to four per order, redeemable in participating shops through January 31, 2027. For regular prices and the full lineup, see our Subway menu, our Subway footlong price guide and our list of cheap fast food meals.

Frequently asked questions

What are the specials at Subway today?

Subway's everyday specials are the $4.99 Sub of the Day, the $6.99 Meal of the Day and $3.99 Deli Faves and Protein Pockets. Sub Club members also get app-only offers, such as a footlong BOGO that ran Oct. 27 to Nov. 8, 2026. Prices are higher in CA, WA, AK and HI.

Does Subway have a BOGO deal?

Not an everyday one. The latest, from October 27 through November 8, 2026, gave Sub Club members a free footlong of equal or lesser price when they bought a footlong on app or online orders. Fresh Fit subs, the 5 Meat Italian and the Big Hot Pastrami were excluded. Watch the app for the next one.

How do I get Subway coupons?

Subway coupons are mostly delivered in the Subway app. Join Sub Club for free on Subway.com or in the app, select your store and open the offers area, where valid deals for that shop appear. We do not list promo codes because they expire quickly, and many posted online no longer work.

How do you get Subway coupons in the mail?

We could not find an official sign-up for mailed Subway coupons. Subway shares offers with Sub Club members through its app and by email. If a paper Subway coupon arrives in a local mailer, check its expiration date and participating shops, since each franchise decides what it honors.

Is Subway Sub Club worth it?

Subway Sub Club is free and, as of October 2026, earns 10 points per $1, with 400 points worth $2 in Subway Cash, about 5% back. New members get 250 bonus points and access to app-only deals, such as the footlong BOGO that ran Oct. 27 to Nov. 8, 2026. Updated terms took effect November 3, 2026.
